What you're agreeing to
Permission to use your recording.
You're giving Agility (agilityads.com) permission to use the audio and video from your recording session for the podcast episode, short-form clips, social media posts, newsletter features, and promotional materials.
Editing and adaptation.
Agility may edit, cut, and adapt the recording for different formats and platforms. We'll always represent your words and ideas fairly.
Where it gets published.
Your content may appear on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, email newsletters, and the Agility website. Basically anywhere we distribute The Advertising Heat Check.
Your name and likeness.
Your name, job title, company, and likeness may appear alongside the content in episode artwork, social posts, and promotional materials.
This is voluntary.
You're participating because you want to, not because you're being paid. The complimentary gift we send is a thank-you for your time, not compensation for media rights.
You can ask us to remove it.
If you change your mind, email matt@agilityads.com and we'll make reasonable efforts to remove your content within 30 days. Just know that once something has been shared or reposted by third parties, we can't recall those copies.
Governing law.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
